Cooperator Requirement

For personal
-The number of partners shall not exceed 3 persons
-Full-time manager must be the director of the SSM
-Full-time managers need to be in the store at least 4 hours a day for the first three months
-Full-time manager must in charge of all the processes of the store -Full-time managers must be 18 years old - 50 years old
-Malaysian or Non-Malaysian (Employment Pass above)
-Identify with the company’s business philosophy,
culture, and brand value. Have full confidence in the brand and a strong desire to develop together with the company.

-Usable area≧300sqft; door width≧10ft,store depth≧8ft, net floor height≥9.5ft
Normal store:
-Usable area≥400sqft;door width≧13ft,store depth≧8ft, net floor height≥9.5ft
Plumbing requirement:
-Sufficient water supply and sewage -Smooth water inlet & outlet
Electrical requirement:
-At least 3 x three-phase socket (415V each) -Total power no lesser than 37kw
